We want you to love our products, but very rarely, that might not be the case. So below is the process if you want a refund.
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will not pay for postage to return to us.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are returning a notebook to us, needless to say, it can't have been written on, or have any of your wonderful musings on the pages.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For the UK, all postage is done through Royal Mail. If requested we can do next day delivery, and will of course do anything in our power to deliver an item to you for an event or special occasion. Please do leave 3 days for our items to arrive.
Royal Mail is usually great at just posting our notebooks through your letterbox, so no pesky visits to the Post Office.
International shipping is £10 and will take approximately 5 days longer. International buyers may be liable for duty and taxes which are set by local customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
