Where do we ship to?
The whole darn world. If it's a country, we ship there. Most of our products are also universal and not bound to language ( we don't have any naff slogans to translate after all) so our stationery appeals to anyone world wide who likes anything but ordinary stationery.
How long does delivery take?
UK: 1-2 days. We post first class Royal Mail. We do have the option for next day priority if you are in a rush.
REST OF THE WORLD: Gah, this is challenging to answer. We always pick the fastest delivery options available, but sometimes it can take up to 2 weeks for our stationery to arrive. Like the Destiny's Child reunion.
Can I get free delivery?
Delivery is free in the UK. Woooohooo.
Delivery is free worldwide for all orders over £40. No need to do anything, the clever little goblins who live in the website will do it automatically. If they don't, its probably because the currency conversion hasn't quite made it £40. Perhaps add a memo pad for £4.95 to the order and it should work. If not whatsapp us on +447931 153 220.
How are the products packaged?
Depending on what you order they should be packed in a large bubble coloured postage bag. Ideally we would like to have these super sustainable and recycled but at the minute we are struggling to source something that is safe for the man handlers in the Royal Mail. If you have any ideas then let us know!
Will my delivery fit through my post box?
If you have ordered a notebook - YES. If you ordered more than one thing- it's unlikely. Let us know if you want the package left at a safe place.
We want you to love our products, but very rarely, that might not be the case. So below is the process if you want a refund.
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return for a Comme Glom Stationery product- your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will not pay for postage to return to us.
For all of the other products we feature from other suppliers, we can only offer you a Comme Glom replacement, unless the item is faulty.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This will be your emailed confirmation. Just print it off and pop it in your parcel.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are returning a notebook to us, needless to say, it can't have been written on, or have any of your wonderful musings on the pages.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For the UK, all postage is done through Royal Mail. If requested we can do next day delivery, and will of course do anything in our power to deliver an item to you for an event or special occasion. Please do leave 3 days for our items to arrive.
Royal Mail is usually great at just posting our notebooks through your letterbox, so no pesky visits to the Post Office.
International shipping is £14 and will take approximately 5 days longer. International buyers may be liable for duty and taxes which are set by local customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
